Day one:Arrival in Paro

Druk Air flight will take you to the most exciting view of Himalayan ranges. After completing your immigration and custom formalities, our representative will received you and transfer to Hotel.

You can spend your evening time at town in Paro.

Day two:Paro

On second day,you will visit following places:
  1. Tadzong built in 17the century as a watching tower to Paro Rimpong dzong. It was converted to National Musuem of Bhutan in 1968. Musuem is filled with antique Thangka paintings,textile, old weapons and armourrs, and other important treasure of the country.
  2. Rimpong dzong was built in 17th century to defend paro valley from Tibetan invader. Dzong or fortress houses the Administration office and monk school.
  3. Drukgyel Dzong built in 17th century to commemorate victory from Tibetan invader. This is also old trade route to Tibet.
  4. Kyichu Lhakhang is the oldest monastery in the country. It was built in 7th century by Tibetan king songsen Gampo.

Day three:Paro-Thimphu

Morning drive to Thimphu or modern capital city of Bhutan.The sight seeing in Thimphu includes:
  1. Memorial stupa built in the memory of late third king of Bhutan in 1974.
  2. Traditional medicine institute is the health centre practicing the art of old healing in Bhutan
  3. Painting School:Famous for learning 13kinds of crafts in Bhutan.
  4. Folk Heritage Musuem:Traditional house preserving the forefathers way of living in Bhutan.
  5. Tashichhodzong:Fortress of the glorious religion.

Day four:Thimphu-punakha

After breakfast,visit Semtokha dzong(oldest fortress in Bhutan,built in 1629) enroute to Punakha. On the way,you can enjoy the beautiful pass of Dochula(3050m) with 108 stupa on top hill. On clear day, we can see the beautiful peaks of Bhutan.

Day five:Punakha - Tashithang-Goen Damji

After breakfast,the vechicle will drop till Tashithang which is one and half hour driving through beautiful valley. The first day trek will be 16km through subtropical forests.

Day six:Damji - Tsachu

There is more of gradual climb till we reach Gayza village.From the village we can have a excellent view of Gasa Dzong.The distance of trek will be 18kms.

Day seven:Tsachu sightseeing

After breakfast,hike to Gasa dzong which will be one hour distance or you can walk around the hotspring area. Afternoon take bath in hotspring and relax.

Day Eight:Tsachu - Goen Damji

After breakfast, slowly climb and descend through forests for your return journey.

Night halt at Damji

Day Nine:Goen Damji toTashithang-Punakha

After breakfast, walk gradual descent through agriculture field and forests. From Tashi Thang, car will pick up and drop to punakha.

Day Ten:Punakha - Paro

Visit Punakha dzong and Chimmi Lhakhang, proceed to Paro. Lunch will be Thimphu. After few hrs stroll through in Thimphu town, then head for Paro.

Day eleven:Paro

After breakfast,hike to Takshang(Tiger nest) which is located at 900m above Paro valley. Takshang monastery is cling to a 900m rock cliff. Lunch will be in Takshang cafeteria with beautiful sight of Takshang area.

Depart from Paro and enjoy the beautiful Himalayan ranges before reaching your destination.
